Brenda Kang, Founder

One of the few antique and vintage jewellery experts currently in Asia, Revival’s founder and owner, Brenda Kang, has 25 years of experience in the jewellery world.

She explains how her love of antique and 20th century jewellery was sparked during her 15 years at Christie’s, where she held senior jewellery specialist positions in New York, Paris, Geneva, Singapore and China, as well as taking on the role of Regional Representative for Singapore and China. During this time Brenda handled some of the world’s most fabulous jewels from the high-profile collections of Teresa Po Lau, Baron and Baroness di Portanova, Doris Duke and Elizabeth Taylor.

Brenda wanted to bring the jewellery world she so loved to her native Singapore, and saw the potential appeal of antique and vintage jewellery in Asia. So, in 2013, she decided to follow her instincts and began to assemble the first Revivals collection. Today, Brenda Kang travels the world in search of both collector’s treasures and fashion-fuelled, wearable vintage jewels. She enjoys sharing the romance and sentiment of antique jewellery with her clients, bringing the glamour and grand gesture that only vintage jewellery can deliver. Most of all, she offers jewels that stand the test of time, to be passed from generation to generation.
