Art Nouveau glass jar with sterling silver cover. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Jar has curved shoulders, short neck, and lobed base. Dense etched ornament in form of flowering branch with pendant offshoots dangling between half flutes. Cover bellied with domed center bordered by applied scrolls. Cover interior gilt washed. Rim wavy with applied leaf and wavy border. Fresh and pretty. Cover fully marked including director’s letter C (1902-7). Very good condition. Dimensions: H 8 x D 5 1/4 in.
